Philips
Poor Pickup / Brush Inefficiency
Cordless vacuum leaves visible dust and debris on carpet despite normal suction sound

Possible Causes
Worn brush bristles, Incorrect height or angle of nozzle, Clogged nozzle air channels, Using hard-floor nozzle on carpet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum before changing accessories.
- Step 1 – Check nozzle type: Ensure you are using the Philips motorized carpet nozzle, not a hard-floor or soft brush head.
- Step 2 – Inspect brush bristles: Remove the brush roll and check bristle length and stiffness. If they are worn down or deformed, replace the brush roll.
- Step 3 – Clean nozzle channels: Clear any lint or hair from the front and side suction channels of the nozzle.
- Step 4 – Adjust cleaning technique: Move the nozzle slowly over the carpet and make overlapping passes. Use Turbo/Max mode for deep pile carpets if available.
