Possible Causes

Loose LED wiring in nozzle, Failing LED driver on nozzle PCB, Dirty or oxidized electrical contacts, Partially broken cable in swivel joint

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and detach the nozzle before inspection.

  • Step 1 – Clean contacts: Wipe the electrical contacts on the nozzle and tube with a dry cloth.
  • Step 2 – Wiggle test: With the nozzle attached and vacuum ON, gently move the nozzle up and down. If the LED flickers, the internal cable may be damaged.
  • Step 3 – Inspect for damage: Look for cracks or pinched areas near the swivel neck where the cable passes.
  • Step 4 – Replace nozzle: If flickering persists, replace the motorized LED nozzle assembly.
