Cordless vacuum will not turn on at all, no lights or response

Safety first: Inspect the charger and cables for damage before plugging in. Do not use a damaged charger.

• Step 1 – Check outlet and charger: Test the wall outlet with another device. Inspect the charger for damage and ensure it is the correct Philips model.
• Step 2 – Charge for extended time: Place the vacuum on the charger and leave it for at least 3–4 hours, even if no lights appear initially.
• Step 3 – Check for any indicator: After charging, press the power button and look for any LED or sound. If still dead, proceed.
• Step 4 – Try another charger: If possible, test with a known‑good Philips charger of the same type.
• Step 5 – Inspect power switch: Check if the power button feels stuck or loose. A broken switch may need replacement.
• Step 6 – If still no power: The battery pack or main PCB is likely faulty. Replace the battery first; if the unit remains dead, main PCB replacement is required.
