Possible Causes

Loose display connector, Faulty LED driver IC on main PCB, Moisture ingress into handle electronics, Damaged display module

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and keep it disconnected from the charger while inspecting.

  • Step 1 – Dry the unit: If the vacuum was recently exposed to moisture, let it dry in a warm, dry room for 24 hours before further use. Do not use a hair dryer or heater directly on it.
  • Step 2 – Reset the unit: Remove the battery (if possible) for 5 minutes, then reinstall and power on. This can reset the display controller.
  • Step 3 – Observe behavior: If the vacuum operates normally but the display is inaccurate, you can still use it cautiously, but plan for repair.
  • Step 4 – Component replacement: Persistent E14 or non-functional display usually requires replacement of the display module or main PCB. This is a board-level repair.
