How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and detach the mini turbo brush.
- Step 1 – Open brush housing: Release the cover and remove the mini brush roll.
- Step 2 – Remove hair and debris: Cut away hair and threads from the brush and end caps.
- Step 3 – Check rotation: Spin the brush roll by hand; it should turn freely.
- Step 4 – Inspect turbine or motor: For air-driven types, check the turbine wheel for clogs. For motorized types, check wiring and contacts.
- Step 5 – Replace mini brush: If the brush still does not spin properly, replace the entire mini turbo brush assembly.
