How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head and wand before inspection.
- Inspect contacts: Check the electrical contacts on the floor head, wand, and main body. Clean with a dry cloth and ensure they are not bent or recessed.
- Test without wand: If possible, connect the floor head directly to the main body (if design allows). If it works, the wand wiring is likely damaged.
- Try another tool: Attach a different motorized tool. If only the main floor head triggers E10, replace the Motorized Floor Head.
- Check for visible cable damage: Inspect the wand for crush marks or kinks that may indicate internal wire breakage.
- Replace faulty component: Replace the Extension Wand or Motorized Floor Head as identified. If all accessories fail, the Main Control PCB may be defective.
