Possible Causes
Damaged dustbin gasket, Cracked cyclone housing, Mis-seated HEPA filter, Cracked main body shell near air path
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and remove the battery before inspecting seals closely.
- Check dustbin fit: Remove and reinstall the dustbin, ensuring it clicks firmly into place. Inspect the rubber gasket around the bin inlet for tears or deformation.
- Inspect cyclone and seals: Remove the cyclone assembly and check for cracks or missing seals. Ensure all O-rings are present and seated.
- Filter seating: Confirm the HEPA/post-motor filter is fully inserted and the cover is latched. A loose filter can cause major air leaks.
- Look for cracks: Examine the main body and dustbin for visible cracks along the air path. Even small cracks can reduce suction.
- Replace damaged parts: Replace the Dustbin Assembly, Cyclone Assembly, or HEPA Filter & Seal Kit if any damage is found.
