Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the mini motorized tool from the vacuum.

• Clear jams: Open the mini brush cover and remove the brush roll. Cut away hair and fibers from the brush and end caps.
• Inspect air path: Look through the mini tool's suction channel and remove any blockages.
• Test tool separately: Reattach the mini tool and run the vacuum on low power. If the tool stalls quickly again, the accessory motor may be failing.
• Replace accessory: Replace the complete Mini Motorized Brush Tool if cleaning does not resolve the issue.
