E16
Roborock
High-Load Power Cutoff
Vacuum shows E16; unit powers off immediately when set to MAX or Turbo mode.

Possible Causes
Weak or aged battery unable to supply high current, Excessive load from partially blocked airflow, Faulty current sensing on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting internal parts.
- Check for blockages: Ensure dustbin, cyclone, wand, and floor head are clear. Even partial blockages increase load in MAX mode.
- Clean filters: Dirty filters increase resistance and current draw. Clean or replace filters as needed.
- Battery health test: Fully charge the battery, then run the vacuum in low mode and time the runtime. If runtime is significantly below the specification, the battery is likely worn.
- Replace battery: Install a new genuine Battery Pack. Test MAX mode again.
- PCB issue: If a new battery and clear airflow still cause E16, the Main Control PCB may be misreading current and should be replaced by a technician.
