Vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal and no error code is shown.

Safety first: Turn off and remove the battery before clearing blockages.

• Empty and clean dustbin: Remove the bin and empty it. Tap the cyclone shroud to dislodge fine dust.
• Check wand/hose: Detach and look through the wand. Use a long, non-sharp rod to push out any obstructions.
• Inspect floor head: Remove the brush and check the suction channel for debris or fabric.
• Check seals: Inspect rubber gaskets on the bin, cyclone, and filter covers. Replace any that are cracked or flattened.
• Test without accessories: Run the main body alone. If suction is strong at the body but weak at the head, the issue is in the wand or head.
