Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.

Clean brush thoroughly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush and end caps.
Check straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles, replace the Main Brush.
Inspect bearings: Spin the brush by hand. Grinding or roughness indicates worn bearings.
Check internal screws: Open the head and tighten any loose screws holding the motor or gearbox.
Replace head: If vibration persists, replace the Motorized Floor Head.

Vacuum is very loud and vibrates strongly when using the motorized floor head.
