Vacuum leaves fine dust on hard floors; large debris is picked up but fine particles remain.

Safety first: Turn off and remove the battery before inspecting the head.

• Check squeegee strip: Inspect the rubber strip at the rear of the floor head. If torn or missing, replace the Floor Head Squeegee Strip or entire head.
• Use correct brush: For hard floors, use a soft roller or dedicated hard-floor brush if supplied by Roborock.
• Check connections: Ensure the wand and head are fully seated with no gaps.
• Increase power: Use a higher suction mode on hard floors with heavy fine dust.
