Possible Causes
Completely discharged or failed battery, Faulty power switch or trigger, Blown fuse on main PCB, Defective charger
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not attempt to bypass fuses or short battery terminals.
- Check charger: Plug in the charger and verify its LED status. Try another outlet.
- Charge fully: Leave the vacuum on charge for at least 3 hours. Look for any LED activity.
- Test with another battery: If available, try a known-good battery. If the unit powers on, replace the original Battery Pack.
- Inspect trigger: Ensure the trigger moves freely. If it feels loose or stuck, the internal switch may be broken.
- Service PCB: If a good battery and trigger do not restore power, the Main Control PCB or internal fuse likely needs professional replacement.
