SEBO
Excessive Brush or Suction Drag
Cordless SEBO vacuum floor head is difficult to push on carpet or feels like it is sticking to the floor.

Possible Causes
Brush height set too low, very strong seal on smooth floors due to gasket design, wheels not rotating freely, debris jammed in front edge or squeegee
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before inspecting the floor head.
- Adjust settings: If available, reduce suction power or raise the brush height when cleaning thick carpets.
- Inspect wheels: Check that all wheels on the floor head spin freely. Remove hair and debris wrapped around axles. Replace wheels if seized.
- Check front edge: Look for debris lodged along the front lip or squeegee that could increase friction. Clean thoroughly.
- Use appropriate head: For very thick carpets or delicate rugs, use a SEBO hard floor or turbo head recommended for that surface.
