SEBO
Brush Drive Slipping / Weak Agitation
Cordless SEBO vacuum leaves debris on carpet; brush spins intermittently or stops under light load.

Possible Causes
Worn brush roller bristles, stretched or slipping drive belt (if belt-driven), failing brush motor, debris in brush end caps increasing resistance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before working on the brush head.
- Inspect brush roller: Remove the brush access panel and take out the roller. Check bristle length; if they are worn down or uneven, replace the brush roller.
- Clean end caps: Remove hair and fibers from the end caps and bearings. Ensure the roller spins freely when held by the ends.
- Check belt (if applicable): If your SEBO cordless uses a belt, inspect it for glazing, cracks, or stretching. Replace if loose or damaged.
- Test brush motor: With the roller removed and battery installed, briefly run the vacuum and engage brush mode. The motor shaft should spin strongly. If it stalls easily or does not spin, replace the brush motor assembly.
