How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before working on the brushroll.
- Remove brushroll: Open the floor nozzle cover and remove the brushroll. Clean all hair and debris from bristles and end caps.
- Check belt (if present): On models with a belt, inspect it for breaks or stretching. Replace with the correct Sencor belt if damaged.
- Inspect motor: If the brushroll and belt are fine, the brush motor may have failed. Check for burnt smell or discoloration.
- Electrical check: Ensure the nozzle is fully inserted into the wand and that electrical contacts are clean.
- Replace nozzle: If the motor is defective, replace the entire motorized floor nozzle or brush motor assembly.
