E1
Cordless vacuum stops shortly after starting and E1 appears on the LED display or battery indicator blinks in a repeating single-flash pattern.
Main Brush Motor Overload / Brushroll Stall
E2
Cordless vacuum runs for a few seconds, suction is weak, then shuts off with E2 on the display or a two-blink repeating LED pattern.
Airflow Restriction / Blocked Cyclone or Filter
E3
Vacuum will not start or stops intermittently and shows E3 on the display; sometimes accompanied by a burning smell from the motor area.
Main Suction Motor Overheat Protection
E4
Display shows E4 and the brushroll does not spin, even though suction is present.
Brush Motor Electrical Fault / Open Circuit
E5
Vacuum does not start and E5 appears on the display when the power button is pressed.
Battery Pack Overheat / Temperature Sensor Fault
E6
Vacuum will not charge; display or charger LED shows E6 or a rapid blinking red light when the battery is docked.
Battery Pack Voltage Error / Cell Imbalance
E7
Vacuum powers on but immediately shuts off with E7 on the display; sometimes accompanied by no response from speed buttons.
Main Control PCB Communication Error
E8
Vacuum shows E8 and runs only at low power or not at all; speed settings cannot be changed.
Motor Speed Sensor / Hall Sensor Fault
E9
Vacuum displays E9 and will not start; sometimes occurs after a drop or impact.
Tilt / Fall Sensor or Safety Switch Error
F1
Charging base LED flashes and the vacuum display shows F1 when docked; battery does not charge.
Charger Overcurrent / Short Circuit Protection
F2
Display shows F2 during charging; battery icon does not increase.
Battery Temperature Out of Range During Charging
F3
Vacuum shows F3 and cannot switch between power modes; only one speed works or none.
Mode Switch / Keypad Fault
F4
Vacuum displays F4 and shuts down when switching to MAX or TURBO mode.
Overcurrent Protection on Main Motor
F5
Vacuum shows F5 and the LED battery indicator behaves erratically (jumps between levels or flashes).
Battery Communication / Identification Error
FL
Display shows "FL" and suction is significantly reduced; vacuum may pulse on and off.
Full Dust Container / Blocked Dust Sensor
Hi
Display shows "Hi" and the vacuum refuses to start or stops suddenly during use.
High Temperature Protection (Motor or Battery)
Lo
Display shows "Lo" or a single red bar and the vacuum shuts off within seconds of starting.
Low Battery Voltage Protection
Symptom
Accessories such as crevice tool or mini motorized brush do not stay attached or fall off easily.
Accessory Coupling Wear
Symptom
Battery indicator shows full, but the vacuum stops suddenly under heavy load (e.g., thick carpet).
Voltage Sag Under Load
Symptom
Brushroll does not spin, but suction is normal and no error code is displayed.
Brushroll Drive Failure
Symptom
Cordless vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal.
Airflow Restriction / Filter Clogging
Symptom
Handheld unit detaches easily from the wand or feels loose during use.
Mechanical Latch Wear
Symptom
LED lights on the floor nozzle do not turn on, but the brushroll and suction work.
Nozzle LED Circuit Failure
Symptom
Mini motorized pet brush stops frequently or runs weakly compared to the main floor nozzle.
Mini Brush Motor Overload or Wear
Symptom
Power button must be held down continuously to keep the vacuum running, or it does not latch on.
Power Latch / Switch Mechanism Fault
Symptom
Vacuum does not charge when placed on the wall mount or charging base; no charging indicator.
Charging System Failure
Symptom
Vacuum emits an unpleasant or musty odor during use.
Odor Contamination in Filters or Dust Path
Symptom
Vacuum is blowing dust out of the exhaust or around the filter area.
Filter or Seal Failure
Symptom
Vacuum is excessively loud or vibrates strongly when running.
Imbalanced Brushroll or Motor Fan Damage
Symptom
Vacuum leaves debris on the floor and does not pick up well, especially on carpets.
Poor Pickup / Brushroll or Nozzle Performance Issue
Symptom
Vacuum leaves fine dust trails behind it on hard floors.
Dust Bin or Seal Leakage
Symptom
Vacuum makes a loud high-pitched whistling or screaming noise during use.
Air Leak or Bearing Noise
Symptom
Vacuum occasionally shocks the user with small static discharges during use.
Static Electricity Buildup
Symptom
Vacuum produces a burning smell or visible smoke from the motor area.
Motor Overheating / Electrical Failure
Symptom
Vacuum runs for only a few minutes on a full charge and then shuts off.
Battery Capacity Degradation
Symptom
Vacuum turns on but shuts off after a few seconds without any error code.
Thermal or Overcurrent Protection Triggering
Symptom
Vacuum will not turn on at all; no lights or sounds.
No Power / Dead Unit
