Possible Causes

Primary cyclone separator clogged with fine dust, Pre-motor HEPA filter heavily clogged, Metal mesh filter blocked, Dust container overfilled beyond MAX line

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Switch OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack. Avoid inhaling dust; consider wearing a dust mask.

  • Empty the dust container: Detach the dust bin from the main body and empty it completely. Tap gently to loosen compacted dust.
  • Clean cyclone and mesh filter: Remove the internal cyclone assembly and metal mesh filter (if fitted on your Sencor model). Tap them against a trash can to dislodge dust. Use a soft brush to clean the cyclone holes.
  • Wash pre-motor filter: Take out the pre-motor foam/HEPA filter. If the manual allows, rinse under lukewarm water until clear. Do not use detergents unless specified by Sencor. Squeeze out excess water and let it dry completely for at least 24 hours.
  • Check air paths: Inspect the wand, flexible hose, and floor nozzle for blockages. Remove any debris using a long stick or brush—never use sharp metal objects that could puncture the plastic.
  • Reassemble and test: Once all filters are fully dry, reinstall them, reattach the dust bin, insert the battery, and test. If E2 persists with clean filters, the airflow sensor or control PCB may be faulty and require professional service.
