Possible Causes
Damaged or missing seals in Sencor dust container, Cracked wand or nozzle, Worn motor bearings, Misaligned cyclone assembly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before inspection.
- Check seals: Inspect the rubber seals around the dust bin, cyclone, and filter housing. Ensure they are seated properly and not torn.
- Inspect plastic parts: Look for cracks in the dust bin, wand, and nozzle that could cause air leaks.
- Motor sound: Run the vacuum briefly without the wand or nozzle. If the noise comes from the motor area, the motor bearings may be worn.
- Replace parts: Replace damaged seals, dust bin, or wand with original Sencor parts. If the motor is noisy, replace the motor assembly.
