Vacuum leaves debris on the floor and does not pick up well, especially on carpets.

Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before working on the nozzle.

• Inspect brushroll: Check bristles for wear; if they are very short or uneven, replace the brushroll.
• Clean brushroll: Remove hair and fibers wrapped around the brushroll and end caps.
• Check nozzle intake: Look for blockages at the front lip and internal channels of the nozzle.
• Test brush motor: With the vacuum on (battery reinstalled), briefly observe whether the brushroll spins. If it is slow or intermittent, the brush motor or wiring may need replacement.
