Possible Causes
Aged lithium-ion cells in Sencor battery pack, Frequent partial charges and deep discharges, High-temperature storage damaging cells, Internal resistance increase in battery
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use only original Sencor batteries and chargers.
- Verify full charge: Charge the vacuum until the indicator shows 100% or all bars lit.
- Test on ECO mode: Run the vacuum on the lowest power setting. If runtime is still very short, the battery is worn.
- Check for overheating: If the battery becomes very hot during short use, cells are likely failing.
- Replace battery: Purchase and install a genuine Sencor replacement battery pack compatible with your model. Dispose of the old battery at an authorized recycling center.
