Possible Causes

Pre-motor HEPA filter clogged with fine dust, Post-motor filter blocked, Cyclone separator partially obstructed, Wand or hose partially blocked in Sencor vacuum

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Switch OFF and remove the battery before cleaning filters.

  • Empty bin: Remove and empty the dust container.
  • Clean filters: Take out pre- and post-motor filters. Tap gently to remove dust. If washable per Sencor manual, rinse with lukewarm water and dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling.
  • Check wand and hose: Detach the wand and any flexible hose. Look through them against light and remove any visible blockages using a non-sharp tool.
  • Inspect nozzle: Check the floor nozzle air channel for obstructions and clean thoroughly.
  • Test suction at main body: Run the vacuum with the wand removed. If suction is strong at the main body but weak at the nozzle, the blockage is in the wand or nozzle.
