Possible Causes
Battery not fully charged, Aged Sencor battery with reduced capacity, Charger not supplying correct voltage, High load from clogged filters causing voltage sag
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use only the original Sencor charger.
- Fully charge: Place the vacuum on the charger until the battery indicator shows full (this may take several hours).
- Reduce load: Clean all filters and empty the dust bin to reduce motor load and voltage drop.
- Check charger: Ensure the charger LED indicates normal operation. If the battery never reaches full, the charger or battery may be faulty.
- Battery health: If the vacuum still runs only briefly after a full charge, the battery cells are likely worn out. Replace the battery pack with a genuine Sencor replacement.
