How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the charger and outlets are in good condition.
- Check battery seating: Remove and firmly reinsert the battery until it clicks.
- Charge fully: Place the vacuum on the charger for several hours. Confirm that the charging LED indicates charging.
- Try power button: Press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds. Some Sencor models require a long press.
- Test with another battery (if available): If another Sencor battery works, replace the original battery.
- Internal fault: If there is still no response, the power button assembly or main PCB may be defective and should be replaced by a technician.
