Possible Causes
Continuous use on MAX power, Blocked filters causing overheating, Battery pack temperature too high, Faulty temperature sensor on motor or battery in Sencor unit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery. Allow both the vacuum and battery to cool.
- Cool down: Let the unit rest for at least 30 minutes in a cool, shaded area.
- Clean filters: Remove and clean all filters and check for blockages in the airflow path to improve cooling.
- Use lower power: After cooling, use ECO or normal mode instead of MAX for extended cleaning sessions.
- Persistent overheating: If "Hi" appears quickly even with clean filters and moderate use, the temperature sensor or motor may be faulty. Have the vacuum inspected and possibly replace the motor assembly or battery pack.
