Accessories (crevice tool, upholstery nozzle) do not stay attached and fall off during use.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before inspecting accessory connections.

• Step 1 – Clean connection points: Wipe the tube end and accessory sockets with a dry cloth to remove dust that may prevent proper locking.
• Step 2 – Inspect locking tabs: Check the plastic tabs or buttons on the accessories for wear, cracks, or missing pieces. Replace damaged accessories.
• Step 3 – Check tube end: Look for deformation or cracks at the end of the suction tube. Replace the tube if it is out of round or damaged.
• Step 4 – Ensure full insertion: Push accessories firmly until you hear or feel a click. Partial insertion can cause them to fall off.
• Step 5 – Replace worn parts: If accessories still do not lock securely, replace the affected accessory or tube with genuine Severin parts.
