E1
Vacuum will not start; display shows E1 immediately after pressing the power button.
Battery Pack Communication Error
E2
Vacuum stops shortly after starting; display or LED indicator flashes E2 and the motor does not run.
Overcurrent / Motor Overload Protection
E3
Vacuum runs for a few seconds then shuts off; E3 appears on the display or via three blinking LEDs.
Overheating Protection Triggered
E4
Vacuum does not respond to power button; E4 or four blinking LEDs appear when battery is inserted.
Battery Overvoltage / Charger Fault
E5
Vacuum stops and E5 is displayed; unit may emit a brief beep and then shut down.
Brush Motor Overload / Blocked Floor Nozzle
E6
Vacuum runs only at low power; turbo mode cannot be activated and E6 appears when trying to switch modes.
Mode Switch / Control PCB Fault
E7
Vacuum shows E7 and will not charge when placed on the docking station.
Charging Temperature Sensor Fault
E8
Vacuum stops and E8 is displayed; suction is weak just before shutdown.
Severe Airflow Restriction / Filter Blocked
E9
Vacuum will not start; E9 appears and the battery LEDs flash in an unusual pattern.
Battery Deep Discharge Protection
F1
Vacuum display shows F1; unit may start but immediately shuts off with a beep.
Main Motor Fault / Open Circuit
F2
Vacuum shows F2 and suction is extremely weak even with clean filters.
Airflow Sensor / Pressure Sensor Fault
F3
Vacuum display shows F3; LED battery indicator behaves erratically (jumping from full to empty).
Battery Voltage Sensing Error
F4
Vacuum shows F4 and the brush roll does not spin, although suction is present.
Brush Motor Communication / Hall Sensor Fault
F5
Vacuum shows F5; unit may start but shuts down when tilting or moving the handle.
Tilt / Safety Switch Fault
F6
Vacuum shows F6; LEDs flicker and the unit may pulse on and off rapidly.
Internal Power Supply / DC-DC Converter Fault
Symptom
Accessories (crevice tool, upholstery nozzle) do not stay attached and fall off during use.
Worn Accessory Locking Mechanism
Symptom
Brush roll does not spin, but suction is normal and no error code is shown.
Brush Drive Failure
Symptom
Charger lights up, but battery does not seem to charge (vacuum still stops quickly).
Battery Not Accepting Charge
Symptom
LED indicators on the vacuum flicker or display incorrect battery levels.
Indicator / Display Malfunction
Symptom
Power button is unresponsive or stuck; vacuum cannot be turned on or off reliably.
Mechanical Switch Failure
Symptom
Vacuum cannot stand properly in the charging station or keeps falling out of the dock.
Docking / Mounting Misalignment
Symptom
Vacuum does not turn on at all; no lights, no sound, even with battery installed.
No Power / Dead Unit
Symptom
Vacuum emits a burning smell or very hot air from the exhaust during use.
Motor Overheating / Insulation Breakdown
Symptom
Vacuum emits a strong chemical or electrical smell shortly after starting.
Electrical Overheating / Component Failure
Symptom
Vacuum handle or body becomes uncomfortably hot to touch during normal use.
Overheating Due to Restricted Airflow or Electrical Load
Symptom
Vacuum is very loud or makes grinding noises when running.
Motor or Brush Roll Bearing Wear
Symptom
Vacuum leaves visible dust and debris on carpets despite multiple passes.
Poor Pickup Performance
Symptom
Vacuum makes a high-pitched whistling noise during operation.
Air Leak at Seal or Joint
Symptom
Vacuum occasionally shocks the user with small static discharges during use.
Static Electricity Build-up
Symptom
Vacuum produces an unpleasant musty or moldy smell during use.
Contaminated Filters / Dust Container
Symptom
Vacuum runs but suction is very weak, even with a fully charged battery.
Reduced Suction / Air Leak
Symptom
Vacuum runtime is much shorter than before; battery drains quickly even on low power.
Battery Capacity Loss
Symptom
Vacuum spits out dust from the exhaust or around the dust container area.
Dust Leakage / Filter Bypass
Symptom
Vacuum turns on but shuts off after a few seconds without any error code; battery LEDs may still show charge.
Intermittent Power Loss / Loose Connection
Symptom
Vacuum vibrates excessively, especially when using the motorized floor nozzle.
Imbalanced Brush Roll / Debris Build-up
Symptom
Vacuum will not charge; no lights on charger or battery when connected.
No Charge / Dead Charger
