Vacuum vibrates excessively, especially when using the motorized floor nozzle.

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the nozzle before working on the brush roll.

• Step 1 – Remove brush roll: Open the nozzle cover and take out the brush roll.
• Step 2 – Clean thoroughly: Remove all hair, threads, and debris from the brush roll and end caps. Ensure both ends are equally clean.
• Step 3 – Check straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, replace it.
• Step 4 – Inspect nozzle housing: Look for objects stuck in the nozzle that could hit the brush as it spins.
• Step 5 – Reassemble and test: Refit the brush roll and test. If vibration persists, replace the brush roll or entire nozzle.
