Possible Causes
Uneven debris on brushroll, Bent brushroll shaft, Debris lodged in motor fan, Damaged soft roller (DuoClean)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting rotating parts.
- 1. Clean brushroll and soft roller: Remove all hair and debris from the brushroll and, if present, the soft front roller. Ensure they are clean along their entire length.
- 2. Inspect for warping or bends: Roll the brushroll on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, replace it.
- 3. Check soft roller surface: Look for flat spots, tears, or missing sections on the soft roller. Replace if damaged.
- 4. Test without nozzle: Run the handheld unit alone. If vibration persists, the main motor fan may be imbalanced and the motor assembly should be replaced.
