• 1. Check mounting hardware: Ensure wall anchors and screws are tight and appropriate for your wall type.
• 2. Verify alignment: Confirm the dock is level using a spirit level. Adjust if necessary.
• 3. Inspect hooks and slots: Look at the plastic hooks on the dock and the mating slots on the vacuum. Replace the dock if hooks are broken.
• 4. Reinstall dock if needed: If the dock is mounted too high or low, reposition it according to the Shark installation template.
