Cordless Shark vacuum's battery indicator LEDs do not light during use, but the vacuum runs normally

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting it.

• 1. Test LEDs on charger: Place the battery on the charger and see if any LEDs light. If they do, the indicator works at least partially.
• 2. Inspect indicator window: Ensure the plastic window over the LEDs is not painted or blocked.
• 3. Accept functional but unlit battery: If the vacuum runs normally and charges correctly, the issue is cosmetic. You may continue using the battery, but monitor run time manually.
• 4. Replace battery for full functionality: If you rely on the indicator, replace the battery with a new Shark pack.
