Cordless Shark vacuum's filters become dirty very quickly and suction drops after only a short time

Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning internal components.

• 1. Clean cyclone shroud: Remove the dust cup and gently brush or tap the metal or plastic cyclone shroud to remove fine dust from the holes.
• 2. Verify filters are installed correctly: Ensure foam and felt filters are present and seated properly. Never operate the vacuum without them.
• 3. Increase emptying frequency: In very dusty environments, empty the dust cup and tap filters more frequently to maintain airflow.
• 4. Replace damaged cyclone or filters: If the cyclone shroud is torn or deformed, or filters no longer clean up well, replace them with genuine Shark parts.
