• 2. Check HEPA filter: Remove the rear HEPA filter. Look for cracks in the plastic frame or damaged pleats. Ensure the rubber gasket is intact.
• 3. Fit genuine filters: Use only genuine Swan HEPA and pre-motor filters designed for your model to ensure proper sealing.
• 4. Clean filter seats: Wipe the plastic surfaces where filters sit to remove dust that could prevent a good seal.
