Battery Capacity Degradation
Battery indicator shows one flashing LED and vacuum stops after a few seconds even after long charge

Possible Causes
Aged lithium cells with reduced capacity, Repeated deep discharges, High temperature storage damaging cells
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before handling the vacuum.
- 1. Confirm full charge: Charge the battery for at least 3–4 hours until the charger indicates full.
- 2. Test runtime: Run the vacuum on low power with no floorhead attached. Time how long it runs. If it stops within a few minutes, the battery capacity is severely reduced.
- 3. Replace battery: Purchase a genuine Swan cordless vacuum replacement battery pack for your model. Slide out the old pack and install the new one until it clicks.
Do not attempt to open or re-cell the battery pack; this is unsafe and voids warranty.
