Charger LED flashes rapidly and vacuum battery does not accept charge, F1 shown on some docking stations

Safety first: Unplug the charger before changing batteries.

• 1. Verify battery type: Ensure you are using a genuine Swan cordless vacuum battery pack designed for your exact model.
• 2. Inspect battery housing: Check for swelling, cracks, or signs of impact. Do not use a damaged battery.
• 3. Try another battery (if available): If a second battery charges normally, the original pack is faulty and should be replaced.

If all genuine batteries trigger F1, the Swan charger/docking station may be defective and should be replaced.
