How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the charger from the mains before inspection.
- 1. Test mains outlet: Plug another appliance (e.g. lamp) into the same socket to confirm it has power.
- 2. Check charger connections: Ensure the charger plug is fully inserted into the wall and the docking connector is firmly attached.
- 3. Inspect for damage: Look for cuts in the cable, bent pins, or burn marks. Do not use a damaged charger.
If the charger LED never lights on any outlet, replace the Swan cordless vacuum mains charger. The charger is not user-repairable.
