Static shocks felt when touching metal parts of vacuum during use

Possible Causes

Dry environment and synthetic carpets, Lack of proper earthing path in design, Dust build-up on plastic surfaces

Safety first: If shocks are severe or accompanied by burning smell, stop using and have the unit inspected.

1. Humidify environment: Increase room humidity slightly if air is very dry.
2. Clean exterior: Wipe plastic surfaces with a slightly damp cloth (battery removed) and dry thoroughly.

Mild static is usually not a fault. If you suspect an electrical insulation issue, have a technician check the main body housing and wiring.
