Vacuum runtime much shorter than specified, but battery indicator still shows charge remaining

Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning contacts.

• 1. Deep charge: Fully charge the battery until the charger indicates complete.
• 2. Full discharge test: Use the vacuum continuously on standard mode until it stops. Allow the battery to rest 30 minutes, then fully recharge. This can help recalibrate the fuel gauge.
• 3. Clean contacts: Wipe the battery and handle contacts with a dry cloth to ensure low resistance connection.
