Safety first: Remove the battery and allow the unit to cool before inspection.

• 1. Clean filters: Remove and clean pre-motor and post-motor filters thoroughly. Allow to dry fully before refitting.
• 2. Check for blockages: Inspect the dust bin inlet, cyclone, wand, and floorhead for obstructions and clear them.
• 3. Clean cooling vents: Use a soft brush to remove dust from the motor housing vents on the main body.
• 4. Reduce duty cycle: Avoid running continuously on maximum power for long periods; give the vacuum short breaks.

If cut-outs continue with clean filters and clear airflow, the thermal sensor or main motor may be failing and should be checked by a technician.
