Thermal Cut-Out Activation
Vacuum shuts off intermittently during use without any error code, then restarts after a short wait

Possible Causes
Clogged filters restricting airflow, Blocked wand or floorhead, Overheating main motor, Partially blocked cooling vents
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and allow the unit to cool before inspection.
- 1. Clean filters: Remove and clean pre-motor and post-motor filters thoroughly. Allow to dry fully before refitting.
- 2. Check for blockages: Inspect the dust bin inlet, cyclone, wand, and floorhead for obstructions and clear them.
- 3. Clean cooling vents: Use a soft brush to remove dust from the motor housing vents on the main body.
- 4. Reduce duty cycle: Avoid running continuously on maximum power for long periods; give the vacuum short breaks.
If cut-outs continue with clean filters and clear airflow, the thermal sensor or main motor may be failing and should be checked by a technician.
