Possible Causes
Damaged or missing bin door seal, Cracked dust bin, Loose cyclone locking ring, Overfilled bin forcing dust past seals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and empty the bin before inspecting seals.
- Step 1 – Inspect bin door: Check the rubber seal around the bin door for tears or deformation. Replace the Tower bin door seal if damaged.
- Step 2 – Check bin body: Look for cracks in the plastic bin. Replace the Tower dust bin assembly if cracked.
- Step 3 – Verify cyclone lock: Ensure the cyclone assembly is fully locked into the bin and that any locking rings are engaged.
- Step 4 – Empty more frequently: Avoid filling the bin beyond the MAX line to prevent pressure on seals.
