Dust or debris is leaking from joints or around the dust bin during use.

Safety first: Remove the battery and empty the bin before inspecting seals.

• Step 1 – Inspect bin door: Check the rubber seal around the bin door for tears or deformation. Replace the Tower bin door seal if damaged.
• Step 2 – Check bin body: Look for cracks in the plastic bin. Replace the Tower dust bin assembly if cracked.
• Step 3 – Verify cyclone lock: Ensure the cyclone assembly is fully locked into the bin and that any locking rings are engaged.
• Step 4 – Empty more frequently: Avoid filling the bin beyond the MAX line to prevent pressure on seals.
