Floorhead Communication / Power Fault
E2
Cordless vacuum powers on but shuts down within seconds, display shows E2.
Battery Overcurrent / Short Circuit Protection
E3
Cordless vacuum runs briefly then stops, E3 appears on the display, often when using turbo mode.
Motor Overload / Overcurrent Fault
E4
Display shows E4 and the brush bar will not spin, suction from the main body is normal.
Brush Roll Motor Overload / Jam Protection
E5
Cordless vacuum shows E5 and shuts down after a short run time, body feels unusually warm.
Main Motor Overtemperature Protection
E6
Display shows E6 and the vacuum will not start, often after the unit has been dropped or knocked.
Internal Communication / Control PCB Fault
E7
Cordless vacuum shows E7 and will not charge when placed on the Tower charging dock or plugged into the charger.
Charging Circuit / Charger Fault
E8
Cordless vacuum shows E8 and shuts down, often accompanied by a burning smell or unusual noise.
Motor Short Circuit / Internal Motor Failure
E9
Display shows E9 and suction is weak or intermittent, sometimes accompanied by pulsing on and off.
Airflow Restriction / Suction Sensor Fault
Symptom
An unpleasant musty or dusty smell comes from the exhaust air during use.
Contaminated Filters or Dust Path
Symptom
Battery will not charge; charger LED flashes or stays off, and the vacuum never gains charge.
Battery Charging Failure (No Specific Code)
Symptom
Brush bar does not spin, but suction from the main body is normal and no error code is shown.
Brush Drive Failure (Mechanical or Electrical)
Symptom
Cordless vacuum will not turn on at all, no lights or response when pressing the power button.
Complete Power Loss
Symptom
Dust bin door will not latch closed or pops open during use.
Bin Latch Mechanism Failure
Symptom
Dust or debris is leaking from joints or around the dust bin during use.
Air and Dust Leakage from Seals
Symptom
Extension wand will not lock securely to the main body or floorhead, causing intermittent loss of suction or power.
Worn or Broken Wand Locking Mechanism
Symptom
Fine dust appears on furniture or in the air after vacuuming, despite using HEPA filtration.
Compromised Filtration
Symptom
LED headlights on the floorhead flicker or do not work, but the brush still spins.
LED Circuit or Connection Fault
Symptom
Mini motorised pet tool stops spinning or is very weak while main vacuum suction is normal.
Mini Motorised Tool Drive Failure
Symptom
Motor makes a loud high‑pitched whine or grinding noise during operation.
Motor Bearing Wear or Foreign Object in Impeller
Symptom
Suction is very weak even though the motor sounds normal.
Reduced Suction Due to Air Leaks or Partial Blockage
Symptom
Trigger or power button sticks or does not spring back properly.
Mechanical Switch or Trigger Failure
Symptom
Vacuum body or handle develops hairline cracks or flexes noticeably during use.
Structural Housing Damage
Symptom
Vacuum continues running for a few seconds after releasing the trigger (on trigger‑type models).
Sticking Electronic or Mechanical Trigger
Symptom
Vacuum emits a burning smell during use, with or without reduced performance.
Overheating Motor or Brush Bar
Symptom
Vacuum emits a hot or burning plastic smell from the floorhead only.
Overheating Brush Motor or Belt Area
Symptom
Vacuum intermittently loses suction when using certain attachments but works fine with others.
Attachment or Tool Blockage / Air Leak
Symptom
Vacuum is excessively loud compared to normal operation, with rattling or vibration.
Mechanical Imbalance or Loose Components
Symptom
Vacuum leaves lines of debris behind and does not pick up well from carpets.
Ineffective Agitation / Worn Brush Bar
Symptom
Vacuum randomly changes power level or switches between modes without user input.
Faulty Mode Selector or Control PCB
Symptom
Vacuum runs but the exhaust air is unusually hot, even on low power.
Restricted Cooling Airflow
Symptom
Vacuum runs for only a few minutes on a full charge before shutting off.
Battery Capacity Degradation
Symptom
Vacuum shuts off when tilted or when the wand is moved to certain angles.
Intermittent Power Due to Wiring Break
Symptom
Vacuum turns on but immediately shuts off or pulses on and off repeatedly without showing a code.
