Suction is very weak even though the motor sounds normal.

• Step 1 – Check bin fitment: Remove and refit the dust bin, ensuring it clicks firmly into place and the base door is fully closed.
• Step 2 – Inspect gaskets: Look at the rubber seals around the bin, cyclone, and filter housing. If any are torn, flattened, or missing, they must be replaced.
• Step 3 – Examine wand and joints: Inspect the wand and all joints for cracks or gaps where air could leak. Replace any cracked Tower extension wand or tools.
• Step 4 – Clean cyclone shroud: Remove the cyclone and clean the perforated shroud thoroughly to restore airflow.
