Vacuum vibrates strongly in the hand or at the floorhead during use.

Safety first: Remove the battery before working on the floorhead.

• Step 1 – Clean brush bar thoroughly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush bar, especially from one side which can cause imbalance.
• Step 2 – Check straightness: Roll the brush bar on a flat surface. If it wobbles, it is bent and should be replaced.
• Step 3 – Inspect floorhead interior: Look for stones, screws, or other hard objects lodged inside the head and remove them.
• Step 4 – Tighten casing: Ensure the floorhead shell is fully clipped and screwed together.
