Possible Causes
Blocked wand or hose, Clogged floorhead air channel, Overfilled dust bin, Severely dirty pre‑motor filter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before clearing any blockages.
- Step 1 – Empty the bin: Open the dust container and empty all debris. Tap the bin gently to loosen compacted dust.
- Step 2 – Check wand and tools: Remove the wand and all attachments. Look through each piece for obstructions and clear them with a flexible rod or broom handle.
- Step 3 – Inspect floorhead: Remove the motorised head and check the suction channel for blockages. Remove any lodged items.
- Step 4 – Clean pre‑motor filter: Take out the pre‑motor filter and clean or wash it according to the Tower manual. Allow it to dry completely before refitting.
- Step 5 – Test main body alone: Run the vacuum with only the main body and no attachments. If it runs normally, reattach components one by one to find the blocked section.
