Possible Causes
Loose connector between control PCB and battery, Damaged main control PCB, Broken wiring harness inside handle, Impact damage to internal sensors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before opening any covers. If your model is under warranty, contact Tower support before disassembly.
- Step 1 – Reseat battery: Remove and firmly refit the battery to ensure solid contact.
- Step 2 – Inspect external damage: Check the handle and main body for cracks or signs of impact that may have disturbed internal connections.
- Step 3 – Access PCB (if user‑serviceable): On some Tower models, the handle or rear cover can be removed with screws. Carefully open the housing and inspect the wiring harness and connectors to the main control PCB.
- Step 4 – Check connectors: Gently press all multi‑pin connectors into place. Look for burnt spots or corrosion on the PCB.
- Step 5 – Reassemble and test: Refit covers, reinstall the battery, and test. If E6 persists, the PCB is likely faulty.
- Step 6 – Replace PCB module: Replace the Tower main control PCB module or the entire main body assembly if the PCB is not sold separately.
