• Step 1 – Check HEPA installation: Remove and refit the HEPA filter, ensuring it is oriented correctly and fully seated.
• Step 2 – Inspect seals: Look for rubber seals around the HEPA frame. If they are torn or missing, replace the Tower HEPA filter cartridge or filter housing.
• Step 3 – Use genuine parts: Replace any third‑party filters with genuine Tower parts to ensure proper sealing.
• Step 4 – Inspect housing: Check the plastic housing that holds the HEPA for cracks; replace the Tower rear filter cover / housing if damaged.
