Vacuum emits a hot or burning plastic smell from the floorhead only.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum, remove the battery, and allow the floorhead to cool before touching it.

• Step 1 – Remove brush bar: Take out the brush bar and clear all obstructions.
• Step 2 – Check bearings and end caps: If the ends of the brush bar are melted or discoloured, replace the Tower brush bar.
• Step 3 – Inspect motor area: Look for melted plastic or scorch marks near the brush motor. If present, replace the Tower motorised floorhead assembly.
• Step 4 – Prevent recurrence: Regularly clean the brush bar to avoid jams that overheat the motor.
