Vacuum will not stand properly in the charging dock or keeps falling out.

Safety first: Remove the vacuum from the dock and ensure the dock is not connected to mains while remounting.

• Step 1 – Check wall mounting: Verify that the dock is mounted level and at the correct height as per the Tower instructions. Tighten wall screws securely into appropriate anchors.
• Step 2 – Inspect locating lugs: Check the hooks or slots on the main body that engage with the dock. If they are cracked or worn, the body may not sit securely.
• Step 3 – Confirm compatibility: Ensure the dock model matches your Tower cordless vacuum model.
• Step 4 – Replace dock or body shell: Replace the Tower wall charging dock if it is warped or damaged, or the main body rear housing if its lugs are broken.
