Possible Causes
Loose LED connector inside floorhead, Failed LED PCB, Broken wire in wand lighting circuit, Oxidised contacts at wand‑head joint
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before opening the floorhead.
- Step 1 – Reseat connections: Detach and reattach the floorhead and wand to refresh electrical contact.
- Step 2 – Clean contacts: Wipe the metal contacts at the wand‑head interface with a dry cloth.
- Step 3 – Inspect internal wiring (if accessible): On some Tower heads, the bottom plate can be removed to access the LED PCB. Check for loose connectors and reseat them.
- Step 4 – Replace floorhead: If LEDs remain non‑functional, replace the Tower motorised floorhead assembly (LEDs are usually integrated).
