Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the floorhead.

• Step 1 – Inspect bristles: Remove the brush bar and examine the bristles. If they are worn down, uneven, or very soft, replace the Tower brush bar.
• Step 2 – Clear intake: Check the front and underside of the floorhead for lint buildup or blockages and clear them.
• Step 3 – Use correct head: Ensure you are using the motorised carpet head rather than a hard‑floor or upholstery tool on carpets.
• Step 4 – Adjust technique: Move the head slowly over the carpet and overlap passes to improve pickup.
